The heart and hustle behind everything we do, Bryce is the hands-on leader of our team. From answering calls to showing up at every job, he is always making sure each event goes off without a hitch. Known for his reliability, people-first attitude, and dedication to excellence, Bryce leads by example and truly cares about every client’s experience. He is always the first to arrive and the last to leave, ensuring every event exceeds expectations.

Marissa Mobley
Marissa is the heart behind the planning at Elite Events. With a deep passion for organization and a gift for bringing calm to the chaos, she leads every event with care, confidence, and years of hands-on experience. Marissa makes sure no detail is missed and every moment runs smoothly.
Outside of events, Marissa is a proud mom, dog lover, and active member of her church community. Her faith and family keep her grounded, and her dedication shines through in everything she does. Clients love working with her for her professionalism, patience, and the way she treats every event as if it were her own.

Joey Gaddis
Joey is Bryce’s right hand and a key part of making every event run smoothly. From building quotes and coordinating rentals to handling the heavy lifting on-site, Joey does it all with efficiency and a great attitude. He’s deeply involved in both the planning and execution sides of the business, always putting clients first and going the extra mile to make sure every detail is just right. Whether he’s loading trucks or finalizing event logistics, Joey brings dependability, hustle, and heart to everything he does.

Mattie plays a vital behind-the-scenes role, blending her creativity, organization, and love for the business to keep everything running smoothly. She handles marketing strategy, website updates, client communication, and supports wedding coordination when needed. With a strong focus on structure and growth, she helps ensure every client has a seamless, professional experience from start to finish. Passionate about what she does and always willing to go the extra mile, Mattie puts clients first and takes pride in being part of a team that brings meaningful events to life.
Marissa proved over and over that she was the most capable person I’ve ever worked with. She foresaw everything that I could possibly need and handle every issue as it arose.
